PAYMENT

Q) How can you offer such low prices on web designs?
A) I give all my clients homework! I will send you a sample Frequently Asked Questions form for you to use as a
guid. Then we have the option of using the information from your Etsy shop's announcements and profile for
both the front page and the bio/about me page or you can create your own content. Finally, you will email me
back your "homework" and I will input them into your website. The design is simple as well keeping the hours
worked on your site at minimal. This is a wonderful solution for new Etsy members as well as members who
have not had time to update or even create a website!

Q) What forms of payment do you accept?
A) I accept credit card payemtns through PayPal. I will not accept personal checks...sorry! If you have a
concern regarding Paypal, please contact me to discuss other arrangements.

Q) Do I need a Paypal account?
A) No! You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. You can make credit card payments by following the
instructions given without sigining up for an account.

WEB FILES

Q) When will I receive my files?
A) Production will take approximately 5-7 business days. Given that both parties are in agreement regarding
the colors, design and content. More changes will result in a delay in completion.

Q) Do I need a domain name?
A) Yes, but don't worry if you don't have one yet. If you need a domain name you can pruchase one through
Lunarpages or another host service providor of your choice. If you currently have a domain name and are using
a host service provider, you're half way there.

Q)Who do you prefer to work with in regards to host providers?
A) Here's a list of website host providers I LOVE to work with:

Q) What do I need to make my website live?
A) You need to have a company host your web files to see your website live on the internet. If you do not have
one already, I suggest using Lunapages or use any one from the list above. They have affordable packages that

Q) How will my files appear on the web?
A) I require your login information (user name and a new password) to your host server. After transfer is
complete, you may change the password.

Q) How do I change/update my page(s)?
A) I offer $10.00 updates! For only $10.00 I will recreate a page for you.

IF YOU'RE STILL CONFUSED!

Q) What do I need to do?
A) I will contact you via email. Have your original Etsy banner and avatar image ready if you're using them on
your website. A Jpeg is preferred but any file format will do, (TIF, GIF etc..). I will contact you using the email
provided by Paypal so make sure it is updated! If you do not have a banner and avatar, please contact me and
we can work togethter to create one.

Q) I don't know what information to include in the FAQ page!
A) Don't worry! I created a sample Frequently Asked Questions page that I will provide via email in MS Word
format. All you have to do is replace your information with the sample information. Omit what you do not need
and include any special information that is pertinent to your business.

Q) How did you come up with this service?
A) To keep costs down or should I say close to nothing, I've had to recreate myself, (see FAQ #1). I tried to
learn as much as possible about web design. Because of all this, I am able to create what you see here. It is
simple and clean in design. While there are limitations to my design work, I am continuously learning and
adding more services as I go along.
